Plan comparison
Free
The Free plan is designed for personal projects and small teams getting started with uptime monitoring. It includes 7 monitors checked from 2 regions every 5 minutes, with 30 days of history. Email notifications are included. Webhook notifications, SSL monitors, heartbeat monitors, and error budgets are not available on the Free plan.
Pro — $9/month
Pro adds webhook notifications, SSL certificate monitoring, and heartbeat monitors. You get 20 monitors, up to 5 regions per monitor, a 60-second check interval, and 90 days of history. The Prometheus metrics endpoint is included. Pro is the right choice for production services where you need faster detection and richer alerting.
Business — $19/month
Business includes everything in Pro, plus SLO error-budget panels with multi-burn-rate incident detection. You get 50 monitors, up to 10 regions per monitor, a 30-second check interval, and 365 days of history. Burn-rate incidents are owner-only and not shown on the public status page. Business is designed for teams with formal reliability targets.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you downgrade, Nines adjusts your monitors to fit within the new plan's limits — for example, reducing the number of active regions per monitor if you move from Business to Pro.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, downgrade to the Free plan. Your monitors and history are preserved. Paid features (webhooks, SSL monitors, error budgets) are disabled at the end of the current billing cycle.
